Terrie Jones O’Neal, aged 66, of Ellisville, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at East Jefferson Hospital in Metairie, Louisiana, after a long battle with cancer.

Terrie worked for many years as a patient representative at Ellisville State school, and was loved by many, especially by her family.

 She is preceded in death by her husband, Lester O’Neal , and by her father, Thomas Jones. 

Those left to Cherish her Memory include her mother, Bobbie Odom; her brother, Randy Jones (Lynn); nephew, Nathan (Jackie) Jones; niece, Lindsey Jones; and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins and many friends. 

Graveside ceremonies will take place on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 1:00 PM, at Mt. Moriah cemetery in Ellisville. Reverend Kenny Morris and Reverend Andy Stringfellow will officiate. 

The Musgrove family is honored to serve the O’Neal family and to be entrusted with Ms. O’Neal‘s arrangements.
